Mostly for all orders 50% advance will be required to proceed on your order. Remaining 50% should be paid before the final dispatch.
Even you have paid your advance you still can canel your order within 12 Hours. After that your order will go into production.
Not all products , areas and locations have COD ( cash on delivery facility)
We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
Exchange Policy is only liable within 10 working days after the goods are delivered.
In case of wrong order, You have to return your current product in the same condition as it was recevied so that your actual order should be given to you.
EMZEE Closet does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged.
